Terms & Conditions
Payment:
Payments has to be made for the entire Term/Package before the start of first lesson.
Group packages are sold by the term, not by select numbers.
No refund if package/lessons can not be continued.
A ‘no pay, no play‘ policy is applicable.
Cancellations:
24 hour cancellation policy applies to all booked services.
The full rate will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours of the start of the session, unless an official medical report is submitted.
In case of cancellations due to injuries or medical reason, AKTC management has to be informed in timely manners and an official medical report has to be submitted.
Make-up Lessons:
Private lessons: maximum two make-up lesson per term. Must be carried out within the same term.
Group lessons: No make-up class for missed or cancelled lessons.
Programs will always be conducted unless bad weather (rain/storm) does not permit safe instruction.
Parenting:
Parents are encouraged to observe and support but will not be permitted to attend any junior session on the court together with their children.
Coaches are responsible for the students only during tennis lessons on the court, once the lesson is finished and students leave the tennis court, parents will be responsible for their children.
Dress Code:
All players are expected to wear proper tennis /sports clothing at all times. If no proper tennis/sports attire is
worn, Athletic Kings Tennis Club reserves the right to suspend play and participation in any of the activities.
Liability:
AKTC staff nor management is liable for any injuries during lessons, on court and/or off court within the AKTC facility.
AKTC is not liable for any losses or damages of personal items.
Club Rules
Court Etiquette:
Please be courteous of those who are booked on the court before and after you.
Please leave the court promptly at the end of your booking.
Do not enter your court sooner than your booked time slot. The clubhouse is available to use as a waiting area and post-game wrap up.
Keep your voice down and confined to your court as much as possible so as not to disrupt players on adjacent courts.
Talk quietly when standing near tennis courts that are in use.
Please refrain from using any profanity.
Clothing and Footwear:
Wearing proper tennis footwear is mandatory when playing on the court.
Wearing appropriate tennis/sportswear is mandatory when playing on the court. If improper tennis attire is worn, Athletic Kings Tennis Club reserves the right to suspend play and participation in any of the activities.
A shirt must be worn at all times on court as well as off the court.
Food and Drink:
Food is not permitted on court.
All drinks must be contained and sealed to prevent spillage – No pop or coffee.
No chewing gum & no spitting.
Parenting:

Garbage:
Please ensure that all garbage is removed when you have completed your court time.
Kindly be aware that the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, and Club Rules,
have been enforced by the management of Athletic Kings Tennis Club.
