Overview of our program

TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT

Technique improvement is the most fundamental part of this program. Without proper technical abilities, a player will be unable to progress his/her game to the level of playing matches and tournaments. During this phase, every tennis player will develop a unique technical style that will empower their strength in the game.

STRATEGY & TACTICS

Strategy and tactics in tennis mean how to maximize the use of a player’s strengths against an opponent’s weaknesses. Where strategy is more of an overall plan, the tactics are the implementation of that plan. During this phase, players will learn to use ball placement and court positioning to optimize their game.

PHYSICAL FITNESS

For a tennis player to perform at their best, they must have just the right mix of aerobic and anaerobic endurance, explosive strength and power, speed off the mark, and agility. In fact, the amount of strength, speed, agility, and flexibility conditioning a player is prepared to undertake has been linked to the standard they play at.

MENTAL GAME

If you want to get to know a person, go play a competitive tennis match with them. Being mentally and psychologically prepared for these challenges makes it easier to perform at a consistently high level.
Players will need to learn to control emotions like: anger, fear, excitement, and many more, to be able to keep a clear state of mind during the game.
